Venus' Tiara is a pearl tiara given to Venus by her father. Venus often leaves it at the bottom of the sea, because she thinks it's useless, and is embarrassed to wear it.
Somehow Earl got his hands on Venus' Tiara, and used it to control her to work for him in the Breaker's as a aquatic dancer. Earl hid the Tiara inside a lamp, along with Betty's Listening Ear. Diana found Venus' Tiara and gave it back to her, releasing her from Earl's control. Venus promised to be more careful where she leaves it.
